First time visiting?

First off, see the picture of the girl next to this text? That's close to how happy we are to have you visit!

But, we know! Visiting for the first time can be intimidating if you don't know what to expect. So, let us provide some information to make your first visit easier and more enjoyable (after all, your visit should be filled with the love of the Spirit, not anxiety or worry).

  • What is it like?
    • It is like going to a place of safety from the world. When you arrive at the church doors, you will typically be greeted by smiling faces. Then you will enter a chapel that has rows of church pews and a raised center floor where the pastor preaches. The pastor gives sermons centered in the King James Bible. Hymns are sung by the congregation and, at times, by the choir.
  • What about my kids?
    • Sunday mornings, we have Children's Church starting at 10am for Sunday School (Adult Sunday School meet in the chapel at the same time). Kids are in different classrooms according to age and study from the King James Bible through a lesson prayerfully prepared each week by their teacher. Then, all of the kids gather in the "Old Chapel" room at 11am for Children's Worship.
  • Where do I park?
    • There is plenty of parking surrounding the church building. Handicap parking spots are near the front doors.
  • What do I wear?
    • 1 Corinthians 10:31. We recommend wearing clothes that allow you to show reverence to our Lord and confidence in worshiping Him. Some people refer to that as your "church best." Many members attend in Smart Casual to Business Dress. Typically, women are in skirts or dresses and men are in slacks or pants. That said, we prefer the heart of the person over the outter fabrics (1 Samuel 16:7).
  • How can I get connected?
    • Make sure to fill out an information card before you leave and give it to the Pastor. He will make sure to reach out to you according to your preferences on the card. You can learn more about church hours and contact information through our Contact page.
